Orders

Yes! We can make changes to your order right up until it is packaged. Please use our contact form and select the option “Order Change Request” along with your order number, we will then respond to discuss your requested changes. During this time your order will be placed on hold to allow us to make the relevant changes.

Unfortunately once your order is packaged we cannot make any changes.
Please contact us using our contact form and select “Order Enquiry” in the message section please provide us with any relevant information regarding your order, we will then get in touch to discuss further. We may request to see photos of the products you have received along with the parcel your order was sent to you in.

Contact needs to be made within 36 hours of receiving your parcel to allow us to deal with missing product requests.

Payment

Payment is completed online at checkout, our site will take you to a secure area to input your card details to pay for your order. We can also accept Apple Pay & Google Pay!
No, we currently do not offer any payment plans at the moment. This may be something we look into in the future.

Shipping

Our standard shipping prices are below;

Royal Mail:
- 1st class: Under 1kg - £4.10
- 1st class: 1kg-2kg - £5.85
- 2nd class: Under 2kg - £3.50
DPD:
- Standard delivery: £6.99
We aim to process and post all orders within 3-5 days from receiving your order. Once posted it should take approximately 1-2 working days to arrive with 1st class and 3-4 working days to arrive with 2nd class or courier, these dates cannot be guaranteed and can vary depending on how busy we or our delivery services are.

If you need your order more urgently please don't hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to accommodate where possible.
Our orders are shipped either via Royal Mail or with a courier company. This is dependent on which shipping method you choose at checkout.
If your order has not arrived please complete our contact form and select “Order Enquiry” in the message section please provide us with any relevant information regarding your order, we will then look into this with our delivery services and get back in touch.

However please note our delivery times are only a guideline and may take longer to get to you where services are busy.
If any of your products arrive damaged, please complete our contact form and select “Damaged Products” in the message section please provide us with any relevant information regarding your order. We will then get in touch and request you provide us with photos of the damage to the product along with pictures of the outer parcel.

We are unable to offer any refund where either the product or packaging (including the shipping packaging) has been disposed of. We may request any damaged products are returned to us, this will be at our expense

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days (excluding all shipping charges). All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, as we are a small business we cannot offer free returns, this means you will be required to pay any postage charges to return your products
